Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, this 45 minute class lays the foundation for intelligent, effective movement. We’ll focus on deep core engagement through the breath—learning to activate the abdominals and carry that connection into every exercise with precision. Expect focused work on spinal mobility, single-leg stability, and pelvic placement (neutral vs. imprint), all while refining your form, alignment, and awareness.
This class is essential for anyone new to my teaching and a powerful reset for experienced clients. When your form sharpens, your strength follows.

By approval only – completion of Fundamentals or instructor clearance required
This 45 minute class is designed for experienced clients who are ready to work deeply, intentionally, and without compromise. Every sequence challenges control, stamina, and precision—with a strong emphasis on seamless transitions, full-body coordination, and advanced variations of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises.
You must complete the Fundamentals class and be cleared by Shannon to attend—or be an existing client with prior approval. This is not just about working harder; it’s about working smarter, with full-body integration and refined form as the baseline.

About Instructor
Shannon is a highly experienced Pilates Instructor with a deep passion for mindful movement and holistic wellness. With a decade of teaching experience, she specializes in helping clients build strength, mobility, and balance through tailored Pilates programs. Shannon is also certified in pre- and post-natal Pilates, offering safe, supportive guidance for mothers throughout every stage of pregnancy and recovery.
In addition to her Pilates expertise, Shannon is trained in blending breathwork and mindfulness into her sessions to create a grounded, empowering experience for clients of all levels. Her teaching style is nurturing yet precise, encouraging each individual to connect deeply with their body and cultivate long-lasting well-being.
